What you see when you look at Whois Domain

whois is a facility used to see the registration of a domain name already registered. This facility can be met in some hosting companies or those who provide these services in particular and of course for free (example: whois.sc, whois.net etc.)

What’s in whois?
if we do a whois a domain then we will see 4 things you would normally have in whois is:

1. Administrative Contact
are the domain owner has the right to limit the time (expires date) that have been listed. They are listed on this point walah otorisas for an update to its domain such as renew, transfer, etc.).

2.Technical Contact
is the party that is delegated by domain owners to manage the technical name of the server of a domain name. typically in domain2 to register and order a hosting will be listed at yahoo.com Technical Contact is the domain of the yahoo.com (also several other companies)

3.Billing Contact
are parties to a payment, or receive a bill from the register the domain that is.

4. Name servers
is the name of the server in the domain where addressed (NS1 and NS2)

in many cases, enough points 1,2,3 in content by 1 name. although did not ruleĀ  delegated to other.

Well besides the 4 that we can also find out the status of these domains. there are some status in your domain name:

1. ACTIVE
Domain in the active position and can do all the changes by the domain owner transfer example, push, etc..

2. Registrar-LOCK
Domain in the active position but by the domain owners for security reasons in doing so that locking can not do a change of ownership in that domain.

3. Registrar-HOLD
Domain will be deleted and will be on the list back in time from 37 to 82 days. not all Registrar-HOLD status will be deleted because it is still possible to extend the old owners of their domain.

4. REDEMPTIONPERIOD
